What data I collect and why

If you take the free test. I ask for your name, the name of your brand or business and your WhatsApp number (and your email, if you choose to give it), and I keep your answers and your result in my contact dashboard. I use them to prepare your result and to write to you and talk it over. I get a notification when you leave your details and start the test, and another when you finish, so I may write to you even if you don't reach the end.

If you fill in the contact sentence. I ask for your name, the name of your brand, your WhatsApp number and what you need. I keep it in my contact dashboard so I can reply and follow up on your request. When you send it, WhatsApp opens with the message already written, and from then on I also handle the data in that conversation.

The result PDF. It is created in your own browser. It is not sent to any server or stored on this website.

When you browse. This website uses no cookies of its own and no analytics or advertising tools.

On what basis I handle it

Your consent: you give it by ticking the box in the test. You can withdraw it whenever you like.
Your request for a quote: if you write to me through the form or ask for a quote, I handle your data in order to respond.

How long I keep it

I keep the test and contact form data for 12 months from the day you send it. After that I delete it, unless you ask me to delete it sooner or we start working together.

If you become a client, I keep your data for as long as the work lasts and, afterwards, for as long as tax and legal obligations require.

Who I share it with

I do not sell or give your data to anyone. It is only handled, on my behalf, by the providers I need to make this work:

Telegram: notifies me on my phone when a new contact arrives. The notification only carries your name, your brand and where you came from, never your phone number. Telegram has servers outside the European Union.
WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Meta group): the channel we talk through.
Hosting: Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd.). It holds the website and the dashboard where contacts are stored.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to:

Tell you what data of yours I hold and give you a copy.
Correct it if it is wrong.
Delete it.
Stop using it or restrict its use.
Let you take it to another provider.
Withdraw the consent you gave me.

Write to me at hello@emelystudio.com or on WhatsApp and I will reply within one month at most. If you think I have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

This website and the test are intended for adults with a business or a project. If you are under 18, please do not send me your data.

Security

I apply reasonable measures to protect your data: the website runs over an encrypted connection and only I can enter the contact dashboard, with a password.

Changes to this policy

If anything important changes in how I handle your data, I will update this page and the date shown above.
